Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Arrive at New Delhi International airport. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative, after a traditional ‘Swagat’ our representative would assist you at airport & transfer to hotel for overnight stay. Whilst the room keys and check-in is organized, our representative would introduce the tour to you and hand over the documents to you.

 Day 02: Delhi – Varanasi (Train@ 18.50 – 07.30 hrs)

Delhi, The political capital of India. today the city has transformed itself into a new incarnation. Reflecting the many colors and flavors of India’s eclectic composition, contemporary Delhi is one where you will be inspired, amazed, fascinated and impressed at every corner.

Morning Post Breakfast we will start our Guided city tour of Delhi including “Qutab Minar” The construction of the Qutab Minar was started by Qutab-ud-din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi in 1200 AD. “India Gate” Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and completed in 1931 the gate is 160 ft. high and has a 138 ft arch. “Rashtrapati Bhawan” Formerly the Vice-regal Lodge, the building is the presidential palace. “Lotus Temple” the Famous Temple in the shape of Lotus. We will also visit Humayun’s Tomb, memorial of Mughal Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562.

After Sightseeing Departure to the Railway Station to Board the Train to Varanasi.

 Day 03: Arrive Varanasi – Sarnath – Varansi (15 Km one way)

In the Morning Arrive at Varanasi Railway Station, Upon arrival at Varanasi, Transfer and Check inn into the Hotel.

After that, we will Start our Guided City tour of Varanasi Including Sarnath, The buried Buddhist city where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon, Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from 6th century B.C. to 12th century A.D. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist temple and the Museum. The Deer park where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma, and where the Buddhist Sangha came into existence through the enlightenment of Kondanna, Dhamek Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihar and Chaukhandi Stupa.

In the Evening See the Aarti at River Ganga.

Overnight Stay at Hotel Varanasi.

 Day 04: Varanasi – Lumbini (320 Kms / 08 hours)

In the Morning we start with a Boat ride on the River Ganges. Rise before dawn & step gingerly in the boat as the Boatman starts rowing the Boat. Witness the daily miracle to unfold, as the Sun appears triumphantly over the horizon. The Sound of conches & temple bells add to the delicate pink fabric of dawn. The formely hused murmurning of ancient Sanskrit Shlokas (hymns) now rise, in one Voice to a crescendo of unparalleled piety & Joy.

After Sightseeing return Back to the Hotel to take a breakfast. Post Breakfast Check out From the Hotel and Drive to Lumbini. Upon arrival at Lumbini, Transfer and Check inn into the Hotel.

Lumbini is a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the Rupandehi district of Nepal, near the Indian border. It is the place where Queen Mayadevi is said to have given birth to Siddhartha Gautama.

 Day 05: Lumbini – Kushinagar (161 Kms / 04 Hours)

Morning Post Breakfast, we will Start our guided City tour of Lumbini including the Mayadevi temple and the Ashokan Pillar. South of the Ashokan Pillar, there is the famous sacred pool Puskarnia believed to be the same sacred pool in which Maya Devi took a holy dip just before giving birth to the Lord and also where infant Buddha was given his first purification bath.

After Sightseeing Drive continues to Kushinagar. Upon arrival at Khushinagar, Transfer and Check inn into the Hotel.

Kushinagar is named after the sacred death-place of Lord Buddha. At Kushinagar, Lord Buddha, an apostle of peace, compassion and non-violence, attained Mahaparinirvana (Salvation) in 483 BC.

 Day 06: Kushinagar

Morning Post Breakfast, We will Start our Guided city Tour of Kushushinagar including the Famous Mahaparinirvana Stupa, which is built on the place of Buddha’s Mahaparinirvana (Great Nirvana or passing away), and the place of his cremation, which is 1.6 km away. Close to the Mahaparinirvana Stupa is a 1500 year old image of the Buddha as he attained Parinirvana. The Mahaparinirvana Stupa is surrounded by ruins of ancient monasteries.

 Day 07: Kushinagar – Bodhgaya (263 Kms / 08 Hours)

Morning Post Breakfast, Check out From the Hotel and Drive to Bodhgaya, Upon arrival at Bodhgaya, Transfer and Check inn into the Hotel.

Bodhgaya is the place of Buddha’s Enlightenment and spiritual home of Buddhists. It attracts many believers from all over the world. Bodhgaya situated near the river Niranjana, is one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage centers and is the second place of the four holy sites in Buddhism.

 Day 08: Bodhgaya

Morning Post Breakfast, We will Start our Guided City Tour of Bodhgaya including Mahabodhi Temple is located at the place where Lord Buddha was enlightened. The temple has a 50m (170 ft) tower. The intricately carved railings which are in the south and west of the temple, bears the stamp of ancient India, Bodhi Tree is that holy tree under which Buddha sat in his meditation & attained his ‘Knowledge’. Under the tree is a red sandstone slab that is said to be the Vajrasana, the diamond throne on which Buddha sat and attained nirvana, Vajrasana is called the seat of stability. The stone platform is kept here and The Monasteries of different country around the city.

 Day 09: Bodhgaya – Delhi (By Train@ 14.00 – 05.00 hrs)

Morning Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and Departure to the Railway Station to Board the Train to Delhi.

In the Morning arrive at Delhi Railway Station. Upon arrival, Transfer to your Onward Journey.
